In TestFlight beta · coming soon to the App Store

Never wonder
if you took it.

Kryssa is a medicine-first habit tracker. Reminders keep coming until you tick them off, medicine can ring like an alarm, and streaks forgive a bad day. Completely free, and everything stays on your iPhone.

Reminders

Reminders that
don't give up

A missed medicine reminder is a bug, not a detail. So Kryssa keeps at it until you've ticked it off.

Again, until it's done

A reminder you haven't ticked off comes back after 10 and 30 minutes. Tick it off anywhere and the rest are cancelled. You choose the times, and how many repeats each habit gets.

Done, Snooze or Skip

Answer right on the notification, even on the lock screen. Medicine notifications are time sensitive, so they get through Focus.

Rings like an alarm

Alarm style rings through silent mode and Focus, and it's the default for medicine. Stop silences it, Taken ticks it off, and the follow-up alarms keep coming until you do.

Streaks and history

Streaks that forgive
a bad day

Kryssa is there to keep you going, not to punish you for one missed evening.

  • Pause a habit for a date range when you're ill or travelling. Paused days count as neither done nor missed, and no reminders are sent.
  • One joker a week. A single missed day in any 7 days doesn't break the streak. Turn jokers off per habit if you'd rather not.
  • Skipped is excused. Skipping an occurrence doesn't count against you.
  • Fix past days in the history calendar, and see how you did over the last 7, 30 and 90 days.

Widgets and Siri

Tick off without
opening the app

Widgets have tick-off buttons, and whatever you tick off from a notification, widget or Siri shows up in the app straight away.

  • Home screen: the next thing with a Done button, or up to four at once.
  • Lock screen: your next medicine with a button, and the day's progress.
  • Siri and Shortcuts: “Tick off Vitamin D in Kryssa” or “What's left in Kryssa”.
